The medium-depth knurling and 30mm handgrip diameter ensures a tight, non-slip grip when lifting, while the sleeves swivel to reduce pressure on the forearms and to prevent the bar from warping. Made with cold rolled steel for durable performance, this bar features a 63,800 PSI tensile strength steel. The shaft length is 51.75-inches with knurling that measures 10.75-inches and 6-inches on each side, which will fit on Olympic benches and racks/cages. The loadable sleeve length is 15.3-inches, providing plenty of room to load your Olympic weights (with 2-inch center holes).
