  • Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries will be made within one week of purchase.
  • Notification: Customers will be notified 30 minutes before the driver arrives.

Scheduling and Payment

  • Delivery Scheduling: Our representative will contact you to schedule the delivery.
  • Payment Requirements: Full payment for the product and delivery fees must be made before the delivery is scheduled and processed.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Product Inspection: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all scratches and dents prior to delivery. We sell scratch and dent units and cannot accept complaints about these issues after delivery.
  • Delivery Details: Customers must inform us if:
    • They live in a basement, on the second floor, or above.
    • They require the appliance to be installed.
    • There may be space constraints, such as narrow doorways.
    • Two people are needed for the delivery.

Delivery Costs

  • Cost Factors: Delivery costs depend on the size and type of the item as well as the delivery location.
  • Urgent Deliveries: If a delivery is needed urgently outside of the scheduled days (Monday and Thursday), an extra delivery charge will apply.
