Appliance Purchase Agreement
1. Visual Inspection: Customers must thoroughly inspect appliances at the time of purchase for any scratches or dents. Most appliances are new with cosmetic imperfections and are sold as such.
2. Warranty Registration: Customers are responsible for registering their Yellow Appliance Warranty Card through CPS. The store is not liable for any defects after 30 days.
3. Extended Warranty: Customers have the option to purchase up to 4 years of extended warranty. All warranties must be properly registered by the customer.
4. Defective Within 30 Days: If an appliance becomes defective within 30 days, the customer must contact the store immediately. A technician will be scheduled first. After inspection, the store may offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
Appliances returned without this process will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Compatibility & Sizing: Customers are responsible for ensuring the appliance fits their home and is compatible with their gas or electric setup.
If the wrong unit is purchased, the customer is responsible for round-trip delivery charges.
6. Repair Before Refund: In case of a defective appliance, the store reserves the right to attempt a repair before processing a return or refund. Due to the large size and logistics involved with appliances, returns are avoided unless absolutely necessary.
By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
