Delivery Waiver Agreement

1. Damage Liability

Our delivery team takes great care during delivery. However, 716 Amazon Liquidators is not liable for any damage to customer property during delivery. If the customer fears potential damage, they must stop delivery immediately. The team will return with the item and delivery fees will not be refunded.

2. Wrong Item or Fit Issues

If the wrong item was ordered, or the item does not fit through stairways, doors, or other access points, the delivery team will return with the item and delivery fees will not be refunded.

3. Rescheduling

Deliveries may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies at the discretion of 716 Amazon Liquidators.

4. Additional Services & Payment

Services such as removing house doors or old appliances must be paid for in advance. If not, the customer must pay cash on the spot. Failure to pay may result in incomplete service.

5. Delivery Floor Access

If the customer paid for first-floor delivery only, the item will be placed on the first floor only. If a king-size mattress does not fit upstairs, delivery fees are non-refundable.

6. Installation Terms

Refrigerators and freezers will not be plugged in upon delivery, as they must remain upright before use. If installation cannot be performed due to property conditions, installation fees will be refunded, and we reserve the right to decline service at unsafe or inaccessible locations.

7. Safety Disclaimer

If the delivery team feels unsafe at the delivery location, they may cancel or refuse the service with proper reasoning.

8. Scratches, Dents & Refusals

All items must be inspected in-store for scratches or dents before delivery. If the customer refuses delivery due to known pre-existing issues, delivery fees will not be refunded.
