Returns

General Return Policy

  • All items can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.

Major Appliances Return Policy

  • Major appliances can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Optional 1-year warranty available for purchase separately.
  • Customers must contact the store before returning a major appliance.
    • The store will dispatch a repair person to assess the issue.
    • If the store delivered the appliance, we will arrange for it to be brought back by our team.
    • If the customer brings back the appliance without contacting the store, the return may be voided due to potential mishandling and probable damage to the unit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if applicable)

Defective or Damaged Items

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item. If We can not find a proper replacement for you, We Will issue a refund to your account.
