Returns & warranty
All items are eligible for a 7-day return if there is a reasonable issue.
Large furniture can only be returned if it is still boxed. Furniture that has been assembled and purchased as-is after customer inspection cannot be returned.
Appliances have a 30-day return period.
Extended warranties (1–4 years) on appliances are available through .
